Fall 2014 Final Exam Schedule

Monday, December 8 – Saturday, December 13

• Duration: all classes are provided a two and half hour exam time.
• Rescheduling: instructors who want to change their exam meeting day or meeting time must have approval from their college dean. Instructors should first contact their department chair to discuss the change.
• Exam day & time: all exams are scheduled in their regularly scheduled room.
• Exceptions: If there is a scheduling conflict due to overlapping class meeting times, Academic Scheduling will notify the instructor on the 20th day of class and assign a new exam room and/or time.
• Field study courses: please contact Academic Scheduling to schedule a room.
• Online classes: instructors who wish to arrange an in-person proctored exam for their online class need to contact UHD Testing Services at 713-221-8027.

Use of Reading Days:

• All non-exam use of academic classrooms on Dec. 4th & Dec. 5th must be scheduled through Academic Scheduling.

• The final examination date and time for a class is determined by the class meeting time.
• Instructors: If your class meeting time and day is not represented, please contact the Associate Registrar for Academic Scheduling at cunninghams@uhd.edu.

SCHEDULE A: Class meeting patterns with exams that begin at the regularly scheduled class time.

 

SCHEDULE B: Class meeting patterns with exams that will deviate from regularly scheduled class time and/or day.
