REGISTRATION DATES -
NOV 4, 2013 Pre-Priority Web Registration for Online Students only begins at 8 a.m.
NOV 6, 2013 Pre-Priority Web Registration for Veterans
and first time in college continuing students begins at 8 a.m.
NOV 11, 2013 Priority Web Registration for eligible declared majors begins
NOV 18, 2013 Regular Web Registration begins for all eligible students
DEC 13, 2013 Last day for Regular Registration for Winter 2013 (5pm)
DEC 14-16, 2013 Schedule changes (drop and add). Late Registration (including late fee) begins at 8 am.
DEC 16, 2013 Last day for Registration for Winter 2013 - Registration and Payment deadline at 6 p.m.

    must be processed by 6 p.m. on December 16, 2013
DEC 17, 2013 Course drops only (begins at 8 a.m.)
DEC 17, 2013 Day of Record - Last day to drop a course without a grade
DEC 26, 2013 Last day to withdraw from a course

PAYMENT DATES - Please note there are no Emergency Loans or Book Loans offered for the Winter Term
NOV 4, 2013 Installment Plans (3 Payments) available online, begins at 8 a.m. on November 4, 2013 and ends on November 23, 2013.
NOV 24, 2013 Installment Plans (2 Payments) available online, begins at 8 a.m. on November 24, 2013 and ends at (5pm) on December 13, 2013
DEC 13, 2013 Last day to make payment for Regular Registration for Winter 2013 (5pm) or classes will be dropped
DEC 16, 2013 Last day to pay for Late Registration (including late fee). Payment must be received by 6pm or classes will be dropped
1st of each month Installment Plan Payment Due- Payments due 1st of each month after plan is set up. Payments received after the 1st of the month will incur an additional $10 late fee.
 
REFUND DATES PLEASE NOTE THAT REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL AFTER THE SCHOOL REOPENS FROM THE WINTER HOLIDAY.
DEC 15, 2013 Last day for 100% refund on complete withdrawal of tuition and fees (less$15 fee)
In person transactions must be made by 5 p.m., December 13, 2013.
DEC 16, 2013 Complete withdrawals receive an 80% refund of tuition and fees
Student still responsible for 20% of total bill
DEC 17, 2013 Complete withdrawals receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees
Student still responsible for 50% of total bill
DEC 17, 2013 Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal

  • appeal residency status
  • drop without a grade
  • receive refund for partial withdrawal
  • change course to audit status
  • request an International Student Health Insurance waiver

DEC 18, 2013 Last Day to place web orders for textbooks with the UHD Bookstore by noon.
DEC 19, 2013 Textbooks must be purchased or web orders must be picked up by 5 pm.
DEC 19, 2013 Last Day for Textbooks returns/refunds

DEC 9, 2013 Winter 2013 Instructor Data Entry Deadline - all instructor assignments must be entered into Banner
DEC 17, 2013 Day of Record - Administrative changes deadline/Last day to:
  • submit approved Administrative Transaction Forms to the Registrar’s Office
  • to enter all class updates or cancellations into Banner, if applicable
All requests must be received by business closing time
DEC 19, 2013 Winter 2013 Reporting Day
DEC 23, 2013 Deadline for posting faculty Winter 2013 syllabus and CV (HB 2504)
DEC 20, 2013 Confirm Winter 2013 student enrollment via the online class roster www.uhd.edu/faculty
Students must be listed in the class roster as registered to be allowed to continue attending the course(s)
JAN 3, 2014 Faculty Online Grade Entry begins at 8am
JAN 7, 2014 Deadline for Faculty Online Grade Entry ends at 12 noon.
