NOV 6, 2012 Pre-Priority Web Registration for eligible online students and veterans begins at 8 a.m.
NOV 13, 2012 Priority Web Registration for eligible declared majors begins
NOV 20, 2012 Regular Web Registration begins for all eligible students
DEC 17, 2012 Last day for Registration for Winter 2012 - Registration and Payment deadline at 6 p.m.

  • No Late Registration available for Winter 2012
  • All registration and schedule changes requiring adds
    must be processed by 6 p.m. on December 17, 2012
DEC 18, 2012 Course drops only (begins at 8 a.m.)
DEC 18, 2012 Day of Record - Last day to drop a course without a grade
DEC 27, 2012 Last day to withdraw from a course

PAYMENT DATES
NOV 6, 2012 Installment Plans (3 Payments) available online, begins at 8 a.m. on November 6th and ends on November 23, 2012.
NOV 24, 2012 Installment Plans (2 Payments) available online, begins at 8 a.m. on November 24th and ends on December 17, 2012 at 6 p.m.
DEC 17, 2012 Last day to make payment for Winter 2012 Registration
  • Payment must be received by 6 p.m. or classes will be dropped
  • There is no late registration for the Winter 2012 term
1st of each month Installment Plan Due – Payments due 1st of each month after set up
JAN 4, 2013 Last day to pay installment balance without incurring $10 late fee
 
REFUND DATES PLEASE NOTE THAT REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL AFTER THE SCHOOL REOPENS ON JANUARY 2, 2013.
DEC 16, 2012 Last day for 100% refund on complete withdrawal of tuition and fees (less$15 fee)
In person transactions must be made by 5 p.m., December 14, 2012.
DEC 17, 2012 Complete withdrawals receive an 80% refund of tuition and fees
Student still responsible for 20% of total bill
DEC 18, 2012 Complete withdrawals receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees
Student still responsible for 50% of total bill
DEC 18, 2012 Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal

DEC 18, 2012 Student record change deadline/Last day to:
  • appeal residency status
  • drop without a grade
  • receive refund for partial withdrawal
  • change course to audit status
  • request an International Student Health Insurance waiver

TBA Last Day to place web orders for textbooks with the UHD Bookstore by 12:00 noon.
TBA Textbooks must be purchased or web orders must be picked by 5 pm when University closes for Winter Break.

DEC 18, 2012 Day of Record - Administrative changes deadline/Last day to:
  • submit approved Administrative Transaction Forms to the Registrar’s Office
  • to enter all class updates or cancellations into Banner, if applicable
All requests must be received by business closing time
