CLASSES DATES
JUNE 3, 2013	Summer II classes begin
JULY 23, 2013	Last class day
JULY 24-25, 2013	Final examinations. Exams will be given at regular class times.

 

REGISTRATION DATES
APRIL 8, 2013	Pre-Priority Web Registration for Online Students only begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 10, 2013	Pre-Priority Web Registration for Veterans and first time in college continuing students begins at 8 a.m.
APRIL 15, 2013	Priority Web Registration for eligible declared majors begins
APRIL 22, 2013	Regular Web Registration begins for all eligible students
MAY 30, 2013	Last day for Regular Registration (6pm)
MAY 31 - JUNE 3, 2013	Schedule changes (drop and add). Late Registration (including late fee) begins at 8 am.
JUNE 11, 2013	Last day to drop a class without a grade. (Official Day of Record)
JULY 3, 2013	Last day to withdraw from a course.

  NOTE: Registration deadlines are midnight, unless otherwise noted.
In person transactions must be made by business closing time.  

PAYMENT DATES
MAY 24-30, 2013	Emergency Loans will be available until 6pm on May 30, 2013
MAY 30, 2013	Last day to make payment for Regular Registration (6pm) or classes will be dropped
JUNE 6, 2013	Last day to pay for Late Registration (including late fee). Payment must be received by 6pm or classes will be dropped.
JULY 1, 2013	Emergency Loan Due Date
1ST OF EACH MONTH	Installment Plan Payment Due- Payments due 1st of each month after plan is set up. Payments received after the 1st of the month will incur an additional $10 late fee.

 

REFUND DATES
JUNE 2, 2013	Last day for 100% refund on complete withdrawal of tuition and fees (less$15 fee). In person transactions must be made by 5 p.m. on Friday, May 31, 2013.
JUNE 3-5, 2013	Complete withdrawals receive an 80% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 20% of total bill).
JUNE 6-11, 2013	Complete withdrawals receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 50% of total bill). No refunds for complete withdrawals after June 11, 2013.
JUNE 11, 2013	Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal.

AUGUST 1, 2013	Fall 2013 application deadline for transfer admission

GRADUATION APPLICATION DATES
JUNE 28, 2013	Last day to submit a graduation application to the College of Public Service
JUNE 28, 2013	Last day to submit a graduation application to the College of Business
JUNE 28, 2013	Last day to submit a graduation application to the College of Humanities and Social Sciences

MAY 24, 2013	Last day for undeclared students to submit all documents to appeal Suspensions (S1, S2, S3).
MAY 30, 2013	Math Bypass Testing - S705 (Math 1301, 1302, 1404 only), 10am-12 noon and 2-4pm
JUNE 11, 2013	Official Day of Record/Last day to: appeal residency status drop without a grade receive refund for partial withdrawal change to audit status request an International Student Health Insurance waiver

JULY 16 - 23, 2013	Student Opinion of Course and Instruction. Login to Student E-Services myUHD My Course Evaluations.

JUNE 11, 2013	Summer II 2013 Deadline for posting faculty syllabus and CV (HB 2504)
JULY 24, 2013	Faculty Online Grade Entry begins at 8am
JULY 30, 2013	Deadline for Faculty Online Grade Entry ends at 12 noon.
