REGISTRATION DATES
NOV 6, 2012	Pre-Priority Web Registration for eligible online students and veterans begins at 8 a.m.
NOV 13, 2012	Priority Web Registration for eligible declared majors begins
NOV 20, 2012	Regular Web Registration begins for all eligible students
JAN 12, 2013	Last day for Regular Registration Saturday Registration: Online registration & in-person assistance available 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
JAN 13-18, 2013	Schedule Changes/Drop & Add Late Registration (including late fee) begins at 8 a.m. on January 13, 2013.
JAN 30, 2013	Last day to drop a class without a grade (Official Day of Record)
MAR 28, 2013	Last day to withdraw from a course (grade of “W” will be assigned)

PAYMENT DATES
JAN 7, 2013	Emergency Tuition Loan option available online until 2:00 p.m., January 12, 2013
JAN 12, 2013	Last day to make payment for Regular Registration Payment must be received by 2 p.m. or classes will be dropped
JAN 14-30, 2013	Book Loans Available (online only)
FEB 4, 2013	Last day to pay for Late Registration (including late fee) Payment must be received by 6 p.m. or classes will be dropped
1st of each month	Installment Plan Due – Payments due 1st of each month after set up
MAR 1, 2013	Emergency Loan Due
MAR 15, 2013	Emergency Book Loan Due
MAY 15, 2013	Last day to pay installment balance Payment made after this date will incur a $50 delinquent fee

 

REFUND DATES
JAN 13, 2013	Last day for 100% refund on complete withdrawal of tuition and fees (less$15 fee). In person transactions must be made by 2 p.m. on Saturday, Saturday, January 12, 2013.
JAN 14-18, 2013	Complete withdrawals receive an 80% refund of tuition and fees. Student still responsible for 20% of total bill.
JAN 19-28, 2013	Complete withdrawals receive a 70% refund of tuition and fees. Student still responsible for 30% of total bill.
JAN 29 - FEB 4, 2013	Complete withdrawals receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees. Student still responsible for 50% of total bill.
JAN 30, 2013	Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal.
FEB 5-11, 2013	Complete withdrawals receive a 25% refund of tuition and fees. Student still responsible for 75% of total bill. No refund after February 11, 2013.
