| AUG 27-31, 2012 | Complete withdrawals receive an 80% refund of tuition and fees. Student still responsible for 20% of total bill. |
| SEP 1-10, 2012 | Complete withdrawals receive a 70% refund of tuition and fees. Student still responsible for 30% of total bill. |
| SEP 11-17, 2012 | Complete withdrawals receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees. Student still responsible for 50% of total bill. |
| SEP 12, 2012 | Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal. |
| SEP 18-24, 2012 | Complete withdrawals receive a 25% refund of tuition and fees. Student still responsible for 75% of total bill. No refund after September 24, 2012. |
