Andrea Dudek

Andrea Dudek
Managing Director, Global Risk Assessment & Financing
Accenture

Andrea Dudek is a seasoned senior risk management professional with significant experience in dynamic global companies. She has exposure to all areas of risk management, and expertise in global risk financing & insurance programs and related areas.

Andrea is currently the Managing Director of Global Risk Assessment & Financing for Accenture, a $64B global professional services company with 743,000 people serving clients in more than 120 countries.

Andrea previously served as a Senior Vice President at Willis, ran the global risk management function for Dell, was Director of Risk Management for Gap Inc., Business Risk Manager for HP, and Risk Manager for Lexmark.

Andrea holds an MBA from the University of Texas – Austin, a BA from Rutgers, a paralegal diploma
from NYU, and the ARM designation. She currently serves on the Board of the Spencer Educational Foundation (and is Chair of the Course Development Committee), the AIG North American Client Council, the Aon Client Council, and the Allianz Risk Management Collective, and is active in various industry networking and professional groups.

Andrea lives at the beach in Asbury Park, NJ, where she enjoys walking her dog on the beach, live music, biking and kayaking, and hates winter.

Albert Betts, JrAlbert Betts, Jr.
Executive Director, Insurance Council of Texas
Austin, TX

Since 2014, Albert Betts, Jr. has served as the Executive Director of the Insurance Council of Texas, a nonprofit trade association representing the interests of nearly 400 property and casualty insurers doingbusiness
in Texas.

Previously, Albert was a partner at the law firm of Thompson Coe Cousins and Irons, LLP, practicing inthe
firm’s Insurance Law and Governmental and Legislative Advocacy Group. His practice focused on
re

presenting clients before the Texas Department of Insurance and other regulatory agencies, including
representing and advising insurance trade associations, insurance companies, and other clients on a variety
of property and casualty insurance issues, as well as advocating for clients’ interests before the Texas
legislature and other government officials.

Overall, Albert has 30 years of experience as a lawyer, public policy administrator, and organizational leader,
including prior experience at the Department of Insurance, the State Office of Risk Management, Texas Attorney
General, and the former Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission.


Kist Sherril

Sherril Kist
Enterprise Client Leader, Managing Director
Chicago, IL

Sherril is an account executive team leader and strategic account manager for Aon Risk Solutions and is located in our Chicago office. Her daily responsibilities include managing her Fortune 100 client base while providing direction and assistance to account executive teams.

Her background includes development of global insurance programs, complex captive solutions, and various alternative structured programs. Some of Sherril’s recent client engagements have included development of captive specific policies, which served to unblock business/segment sales hampered by standard insurance limitations. Sherril’s primary client engagements include multiple large tech and life sciences companies.

Sherril joined Aon in 1988 and has insurance experience including underwriting and brokerage. She has spent over 30 years with Aon. Sherril’s multiple roles within Aon included ACGN Leader, Client Relationship Leader, Growth Leader, and Technology Practice Leader for the Midwest region. She also spent nine years as an underwriter and underwriting manager with Chubb, AIG, and Zurich specializing in both U.S. and International primary casualty and property.

Sherril specializes in assessing client needs and developing various risk management solutions.

 


Rich MichaelsRich Michaels
Managing Director, Marsh
Chicago, IL

Rich is a senior client executive in Marsh’s Chicago office. In this role, he works with some of our largest and most complex global clients to ensure that Marsh’s resources are mobilized globally to provide superior advice, placement, and service. Working with clients and their Marsh service teams, he sets objectives, monitors team member’s activities, coordinates the deployment of Marsh resources, and is accountable to clients for results.  

Rich joined Marsh in 2001 as a client executive in the Risk Management Practice. He has extensive expertise in managing all of the insurance and risk management needs for large manufacturing, life sciences, real estate, and retail/wholesale distribution clients. He is a specialist in managing and coordinating the delivery of Marsh’s worldwide network, providing service, and transactional leadership on global insurance programs.
