The Office of Testing Services provides a wide range of comprehensive testing services to UHD students and to the greater Houston community. Local and national tests are provided by testing personnel, including but not limited to: Correspondence Exams, the College Level Examination Program (CLEP), and the TSI Assessment. In addition, we are a Pearson Vue authorized test center for exams such as GED.
UHD students registered with the UHD Accessible Education Center are permitted to test with approved accommodations under the administration of the Testing Services staff. The center is equipped for computerized and paper-and-pencil tests. All students entering UHD, unless considered TSI Exempt, are required to take the TSI assessment.
