Talent Management Department Mission: The mission of the Talent Management Department is to cultivate a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing educational environment by supporting  staff through fair employee relations practices and effective performance management. The Talent Management Department is responsible for:

• Managing UHD's onboarding and off-boarding processes;
• Administering the performance management process; and
• Providing guidance and training to managers and staff regarding the performance process.
