Job Summary
The Sr. Admissions recruiter plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and guiding prospective individuals through the admissions process. This position works collaboratively with internal teams, and other stakeholders, to support the implementation of strategic outreach and engagement initiatives. The primary responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates, promoting organizational offerings, and executing targeted recruitment strategies
Duties
- Manages multiple cohorts of prospective students throughout the recruitment cycle, providing support, communication, and guidance aligned with academic timelines and enrollment goals.
- Develops and implements social media and digital engagement initiatives aimed at fostering meaningful connections with current and prospective students, enhancing visibility of academic programs, and promoting institutional values across platforms.
- Conducts proactive outreach and follow-up with prospective students generated through webinars, academic fairs, networking events, and other channels, ensuring consistent engagement and relationship-building.
- Serves as a knowledgeable resource on academic offerings, admissions criteria, and student support services, delivering accurate and comprehensive information to help prospective students make informed decisions
- Maintains a high level of responsiveness to inquiries, ensuring all assigned communications from prospective students are addressed expeditiously.
- Initiates outbound communication efforts, including phone calls and personalized outreach, to cultivate interest, answer questions, and encourage progression through the admissions process.
- Represents the institution at recruitment events, information sessions, conferences, and internal meetings, serving as a professional and enthusiastic ambassador while fostering relationships with prospective students, faculty, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree
Required Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of related job experience.
