Job Summary

The Director of Enrollment Management Systems directs the planning, implementation and administration of information technology systems and processes for Enrollment Management Services. The Director prioritizes the implementation of technology systems with internal and business needs.

Duties

  • Collaborates with the Registrar's office, Campus Solutions Services, and Enrollment Management to review all admission audit queries to identify errors, anomalies, and possible trends.
  • Maintains, writes, reviews, and runs audits queries within the daily business process of application processing and matriculation
  • Produces a monthly report documenting errors, anomalies, and trends identified in PowerBI dashboards and uploading all documentation to the new Digital System Medication Repository
  • Researches, evaluates, implements, and supports desktop and enterprise software applications and systems
  • Provides training and develops, maintains, and distributes training materials for software application systems
  • Generates reports and maintains data related university processes
  • Maintains, designs, and writes programs to produce reports from or create interfaces systems and other administrative databases

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of job-related experience

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of trends, issues, and accepted practices relevant to the position
  • Knowledge of SQL (Query Writing), Peoplesoft (Campus Solutions), and PowerBI (Dashboards) programs

Skills:

  • Candidates must have strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Abilities:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community
