Human Trafficking Interdiction Division through advocacy, care coordination, and support,
builds collaboration, connection and trusting relationships in communities to achieve
long-term healing and success to survivors of sex trafficking, sex exploitation, and
youth who are at risk.
Duties and Responsibilities
BCFS HHS operates the program Common Thread, which presents opportunities for robust
internships in outreach, via the assigned partnership and Education projects within
the department. The Community Outreach Support Intern will work with the Community
Partnerships and Education team to increase awareness of child trafficking in their
local area via the creation of outreach materials, events, stakeholder engagement,
and more.
