Welcome to the University of Houston Downtown's Facilities Management (FM) website.

Our goal

To provide a safe, operational, and attractive campus for use by the university community and visitors.

Our responsibilities

Include the repair, maintenance, and building of campus facilities.

It is the overall objective of Facilities Management to accomplish all work requests within the earliest and most practical time frame to satisfy the needs of the ever changing and increasingly diverse mission of The University of Houston Downtown.
