Scope of Responsibilities
Emily Leffler is responsible for examining various data sets in order to find meaning to support College of Business and UHD initiatives. Her work includes studying student enrollment data, student survey responses and student success data, which include transcript data, persistence and completion trends. Ms. Leffler also provides data analysis support to UHD faculty in the areas of curriculum development and assessment.
Ms. Leffler earned her Master of Arts in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Rice University and Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Applied Music – Voice from Mary Baldwin College.
Ms. Leffler's experience includes work with relational data performing reporting and analytics. She has more than 15 years of experience working in higher education, including work in analyzing student success data and discovering trends through cohort analysis, retention, persistence and graduation behaviors, as well as developmental education and student demographics analysis.
