Community Education Program
A core mission of CUAS is teaching and learning. We have an unwavering commitment to developing and promoting an inclusive and sustainable learning culture through community-based learning. CUAS's Community Education Program offers a wide variety of non-credit classes that are open to the general public. Courses are taught by UHD faculty and staff, and community professionals and cover topics such as nutrition and agriculture, planning and economic development, and energy and environment. All classes are taught on-site at the University of Houston-Downtown.
UHD Faculty, Staff, and Students get a special discounted rate of 50% off the regular price.
