CTLE Advisory Board FY24

Charge

1. Assist the CTLE Director in developing a strategic plan for the CTLE designed to assist faculty achieve online teaching excellence.
2. Provide advice and suggestions to the CTLE Director on programs, events and other activities designed to engage, train and support faculty teaching online in evidence-based practices that promote student achievement and retention.
3. Provide recommendations to the CTLE Director regarding partnering with the Technology Teaching and Learning Center (TTLC) in providing preparation and assistance with the use of teaching and learning innovations.
4. Assist the CTLE in facilitating an Online Faculty Community of Practice.
5. Serve as liaisons for promoting the programs, events or other activities of the CTLE to their respective colleges or units and receiving input and feedback from the university community.
6. Review assessment practices and data for CTLE endeavors related to online teaching and learning and make recommendations based on these results.
