This form is required if a UHD student organization, UHD department or UHD entity would like to request to be added to the UHD Homecoming Week calendar of events and to request funding for a Homecoming event.   

In order for an event to be added to the calendar and to be funded by the Homecoming Committee, the following guidelines must be followed;

  1. The event must be directly related to UHD Homecoming. 
  2. The event must be held on the UHD campus during Homecoming Week (October 11-16).
  3. The event must be in good taste and reflect well on the university.
  4. The event must be open to all UHD students. 
  5. The event funding request should be no more than $2000.00. And at least one quote must be attached.
  6. This form must be submitted by September 17, 2021.​
