Upward Bound Applications

The Upward Bound program is accepting applications from 9th-11th graders from our affiliated high schools Austin High School, Kashmere High School, Madison High School, West Bury High School, Wheatley High School, Worthing High School, and Yates High School. This is a free year-round academic program. Upward Bound is dedicated to helping students generate skills and stay motivated through their high school careers. Our program offers personal guidance for high school students to prepare for college through Virtual Learning, Tutorials, ACT/SAT Prep, College Tours, and Cultural Enrichment.
How to Apply
Students wishing to apply to the Upward Bound Program can find a copy of the program application below. We have an application process for this program in order to properly serve the students who are accepted. Decisions are made based on program criteria and capacity. The first step in applying for the Upward Bound program is by filling out the application and returning it to our office as soon as possible. Completed physical applications should be mailed to the address below or scanned and emailed to creekslacyv@uhd.edu.
