Welcome to the Gator Resource Center

The Gator Resource Center serves as a centralized hub where University of Houston-Downtown students can access vital campus and community resources that support their basic needs and overall well-being. The center houses essential services including Gator Mart (food pantry), Gator Shop (clothing and essentials), the Gator Study Zone, and the Center for Student Advocacy & Community—alongside other supportive programs.

We provide a welcoming space—both in person and virtually—where students can connect with knowledgeable staff for guidance on food and housing insecurity, financial assistance, and other essential needs. Our team is committed to compassionate communication, solution-focused support, and helping students thrive throughout their academic journey.

If you or someone you know could benefit from any of these resources, we invite you to visit the Gator Resource Center today.
