Biography

Zhonghao Wang is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Marilyn Davies College of Business at University of Houston-Downtown. He received his Ph.D. in human resources and labor relations from Michigan State University in 2023.

Professor Wang's research addresses the phenomenon of individuals' initiation of and response to changes in the workplace. His interested topics include job crafting, employee adaptation, and transfer of training. He also conducts methodological research on survey responses. His research has been published in leading scholarly journals, such as Journal of Vocational Behavior, Organizational Research Methods, and Career Development International.
