Currently, I support functions in Emergency Operations and Detention. I assist coordinating the Sheriff's Office operations within the larger County Office of Emergency Management response. I regularly develop and provide training, particularly related to mental health initiatives and instructor development. I work with mental health professionals and specially trained peers to deliver Critical Incident Stress Management services and training to area first responders. I routinely write and review agency policy initiatives.
