There are two prominent forces at work in the TTLC: the Help Desk and Technology Learning Services (TLS). The Help Desk is a sharp, friendly group of user support specialists working ‘round the clock to come to your rescue. Technology Learning Services pulls specialized talent from every corner of technology: software training, hardware training, Blackboard online course support, multimedia services, and instructional television support.
