Gator Correspondents
UHD's Gator Correspondents serve as the University's "student ambassadors" to their peers and the community.
Through social media platforms, volunteer efforts and as student spokespersons, Gator Correspondents help share UHD's story to audiences on campus and throughout the region.
The program is coordinated by UHD's Office of University Relations and seeks to empower student voices as institutional storytellers. Gator Correspondents are active on Instagram and Twitter and have participated in University events such as televised town hall meetings and debates; national media events and local news stories addressing student-related issues.
UHD is always on the lookout for a few new Gators to help correspond with new audiences. If you are interested in helping share UHD's story through social media,
Gator Update or as a prospective volunteer, contact
Mike Emery, UHD Director of Communications.
The current roster of UHD Gator Correspondents and additional details are in this
Gator Update article.
