Data Request Form

All requests will adhere to guidelines set forth by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Please give us as much notice as possible when requesting data, for some requests take longer than others depending on the nature of the data.

IR makes every effort to respond to requests by their due date. First priority is given to requests needed by university administration for planning and decision making.

IR will respond to your request, either with the requested data or with an estimate of when it can be completed within one week.

If you are requesting student or faculty level information, you must submit a written request to the Office of the General Counsel rather than completing the form below. ​
