Job Summary

The IT Project Coordinator assists the Project Management Office with managing the Enterprise Systems projects that are assigned to their developers and/or team.

Duties

  • Follows up with developers on projects that are currently assigned to them
  • Attends project meetings; creates meeting notes, specification documentation, and project plans for projects as necessary
  • Creates documentation, providing updates to management and supervisors on the progress of various projects
  • Performs administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Associate's degree or 60 hours of college course work

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of related job experience

License/Certification:

  • None Required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in administration and project support is preferred

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of IT project workflows and project management processes

Skills:

  • Good technical skills, including proficiency in PeopleSoft databases
  • Strong multitasking and problem solving skills
