Tuition and Course Payments/Financial Assistance

Tuition

  1. Effective immediately, the non-refundable registration fee for Basic Peace Officer Course is $250.00 to hold your reservation for the class.

  2. Effective immediately, the tuition fee for the Basic Peace Officer Course is $3235.00. The total program fee for the Basic Peace Officer Course includes tuition andbooks. Each cadet will be responsible for purchasing their own ammunition.

A NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee is required at the time of registration in order to reserve a position in the CJTC Basic Peace Officer training program. Reservations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. If you are unable to attend, your reservation fee may be credited to a future class upon your request, within one year from initial payment date. All Enrollees are required to make a $1,585.00 online payment prior to or on the first day of class.  Payment plan schedule will be provided on 1st day of class.

Financial Assistance

  • Financial Aid (FAFSA, etc.) is not accepted
  • Third party loans (student loans/bank loans) are not accepted
  • Academic and Foster Care Youth scholarships are not accepted
  • Military education benefits accepted are:
    • G.I. Bill®
      • Post 9/11 (Ch. 33)
      • Montgomery (Ch. 30)
    • Hazelwood Act is not accepted
  • Agency employment discounts are no longer offered

All Cadets must be U.S. Citizens
Cadets must be 21 years old to ENTER THE UHD CJTC BPOC Program

Final Acceptance into the program is contingent upon CJTC Director Approval
