Continuing Re-Enrollment Dashboard

Description: This dashboard summarizes degree-seeking students enrolled in a term and if they have re-enrolled for the next long term. Data can be broken down by college, advising center (undergraduate only), gender, ethnicity / race, class level, and student type.
Refresh Schedule: Once a day, overnight.
Data Sources: PeopleSoft data loaded into UHD data warehouse to display in Power BI.
Notes: Enrolled students include anyone enrolled in one or more credit hours; Most filters
are based on the student’s information in the first term (example student type; college);
Advising center, contact information, and service indicators are based on current
data. The applied to graduate counts ONLY includes those who have applied to graduate
from the highest credential they are currently seeking (master’s degree-seeking students
who have applied for a certificate are NOT included in this count, as they are expected
to re-enroll). When the report shows Spring to Fall re-enrollment, the applied to
graduate column includes Spring and Summer data; When the report shows Fall to Spring
re-enrollment, the applied to graduate column includes Fall data only.
Beginning January 2023, this dashboard and report exclude future dated service indicators.
Spring 2023 enrollment data has been adjusted to reflect the restructures announced
in 2022-2023 (Applied Administration moves colleges (to Business) and Interdisciplinary
Studies moves to the HHL department within CHSS).
Scheduled Reports: Data from this dashboard is sent via email to selected recipients during registration periods. If you would like to be added to this recipient list, please contact dair@uhd.edu.
