Individual Consultations
Part-time and full-time UHD faculty have the opportunity to meet with CTLE staff for one-on-one consultations on all topics focusing on improving instruction in face-to-face, hybrid and online classes. CTLE staff can recommend immediate improvement strategies or assist with long-term innovation plans. All consultations are confidential and strictly between the faculty member and the center staff. To arrange a meeting, contact the Center's Assistant Director, Georges Detiveaux, at detiveauxg@uhd.edu or 713-221-2724. In addition to CTLE staff, UHD's Faculty Teaching Fellows are also available for individual consultations.
Classroom Observations
If you would like an objective observation of one of your current classes here at UHD and subsequent suggestions for improvement or innovation, contact the Center's Assistant Director, Georges Detiveaux, at detiveauxg@uhd.edu or 713-221-2724 to make arrangements for a class visit and a follow-up discussion appointment. Classroom observations and improvement plans are confidential and strictly between the faculty member and the center staff. In addition to CTLE staff, UHD's Faculty Teaching Fellows are also available for classroom observations.
