Continuity Of Operations Planning

The University of Houston-Downtown All-Hazards Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) is the underlying framework for ensuring operations are performed with minimal disruption during an emergency. Supporting resilience, the plan safeguards continuation or rapid resumption of the most essential functions. 

The COOP consists of an overarching plan (available online), Annexes and departmental continuity plans. This web page will provide planning tools and updates.
