The BAAS in Applied Administration with a concentration in Restaurant and Food Service Administration (BAAS-AA-RFSA) will be offered to students starting for the Fall 2022 semester as part of the Texas Affordable Baccalaureate Grant (TAB) program.  This new concentration is an addition to the existing BAAS-AA degree program based in UHD's College of Public Service and is aimed at strengthening the skills and knowledge of those wishing to move up in restaurant and food services. This concentration is targeted toward seasoned professionals with extensive career experience who have not completed their undergraduate degree and are seeking to elevate their careers to leadership and administrative positions that require a university degree.

Tuition for the AACB/RFSA Courses

BAAS-AA-RFSA majors may not enroll in both an AACB/RFSA course and a course that is charged at full tuition level during the same term.
