When setting up my installment plan, why do the amounts look incorrect?
The installment plan using posted financial aid is designed to execute the installment plan on the full term charges and then apply the aid to future installments that are due. Initially, the installment plan breakdown shows the full charges, however, once you click Continue you will see that it does not ask or require for any payment information because the system recognizes your posted aid is at least sufficient to cover the first installment (25%).

Please see below as an example.

Once you select CONTINUE, you will receive confirmation that the installment plan has been executed.

How do I know my classes are saved? When completing your online payment option, you will receive a confirmation page that indicates your payment option has been completed and your classes are locked-in or saved.

Where is my refund?

What happens if I can’t pay my September 1st installment?
Not a problem, you will not be dropped from your classes. The only impact will be an one-time $10 delinquent fee added to your account for missing the installment payment deadline.
