On-Campus Cost Center

On-Campus Cost Center Process (Free Bank Account)

  1. Register org/club via campus group.
  2. Fill out request for Free on campus cost center form.
  3. Allow 5 days (a week) for your account to be created. Student Activities Staff will contact you once your account has been created.
  4. Once account is created you may deposit funds. Go to cashier’s office to deposit. Be sure to inform them of your club/org cost center.
  5. To withdraw funds, contact Student Activities Staff (Trenshae’, Tremaine, Jose, or Elena) a week to the date prior to the event. Student Activities Staff will NOT withdraw funds the week of actual event.
  6. Submit records to the Office of Student Activities!
