Tournaments are formatted as one day tournaments. Depending on the amount of registered participants, tournaments have the option to be formatted in either a single elimination, double elimination, or pool play and bracket play style. Tournaments feature a singles format with the exception of Cornhole that features a doubles format. Tournaments cost $5/individual for each tournament entered. All participants will receive an exclusive Sports & Fitness t-shirt at the end of the tournament, and the champion(s) will receive the same shirt with "Champion" on it.

Online tournaments are held online on Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and PC and feature a variety of competitive sports game. Online tournaments will feature a multi-week pool play schedule to be played at your own pace, and a single elimination playoff bracket with the final four being held in person in the UHD Student Activities eSPORTS Lounge. Virtual events will be held virtually and can be completed online or from your smartphone. Online tournaments and virtual events cost $5/individual for each tournament and event entered.
