This interval class uses a height adjustable step to keep your heart pumping! You will go up, down and around the step platform with a choreographed step routine wile burning calories and shedding pounds.

This class is designed for all fitness levels. Focus on the lower body to get those legs toned! Add strength, stability, and endurance to the lower body for better quality of life and improved performance.
