Zumba Valentine Party

Alcohol Family Feud

It’s alcohol awareness month. Do you know the facts? In this fun workshop based on “Family Feud”, you will be challenged to answer questions based on alcohol facts. Join us for this 60 minute game of alcohol knowledge and eye-opening information. You don't need a gym and machines to stay on track of your exercise routine through the holidays. Using bodyweight, chairs, a table, and several other items in your home can help you reach your fitness goals. Let us show you how!
