Boot Camp includes body exercises, interval and strength training. This class has been deigned to push participants beyond boundaries that resembles a military camp.
BUTTS & GUTS
Butts & guts is a 30-minute class that concentrates on strengthening the abs, lower back gluteal muscles. Including a short warm-up and cool-down, this class may be abbreviated in length, but the benefits are long lasting.
HIP HOP BOOT CAMP
Hip Hop Boot Camp is the ultimate high-intensity hip hop workout with a boot camp twist. This class uses weights to a hip hop beat for a fun and extreme total body workout.
JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED
This high-energy workout consist of choreographed step patterns to provide a solid workout. Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED is a high intensity and endurance based 30 minute workout. You will shed fat, define muscle, transform the look of your entire physique, and dramatically enhance your overall health and athletic performance.
Kickboxing is an action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations in order to improve strength, muscle tone and endurance.

MUSCLE 'N MUSIC
This is not your typical dance class. Muscle 'n Music will use strength exercises, drumming and guitar playing choreographed to music in a way you've never seen before! Let's have some fun and build muscle to music.
This interval class uses a height adjustable step to keep your heart pumping! You will go up, down and around the step platform with a choreographed step routine.

Triple Threat is total body training using a step and light weights to give you cardio, strength, and core in fifteen minute segments designed to help you get the most out of your workout in the least amount of time. Specialty classes are offered for 10 consecutive weeks, with a price of only $10 for 10 classes. Classes begin January 30th and end on April 14th.
DANCE VIDEO CHOREOGRAPHY
Dance Video Choreography takes dance at UHD to a whole new level! This class combines dance choreography, performance and multimedia as you work through 10 weeks of learning and perfecting a routine to a specific song with an experienced dance choreographer. The dance video will be recorded by our multimedia team and constructed into a professional dance video.
Lifting Instructions and Fitness Training. This class offers instructions on weight lifting techniques to help you learn the ins and outs of lifting in the most effective ways. You will be guided through several exercises and routines while understanding the art of lifting. Taught by personal trainers, L.I.F.T. will help you progress through 10-weeks of building and toning.
MMA: THE FUNDAMENTALS
This beginner friendly class will teach the basics of striking, submissions and kicking as well as how to blend them all together. Learn the techniques used in today's popular sport, Mixed Martial Arts, taught by an experienced MMA fighter.
**This is not a physical contact class. Close contact self-defense and sparring will be done on an individual basis. No student is required to do anything that makes them feel uncomfortable.
Learn to keep yourself safe in real world situations. You will be taught basic techniques to improve safety including escaping, kicking and striking skills.
Yoga is a class that involves mind-body connection that helps develops focus, balance, strength & flexibility. With each pose, the body grows stronger and more toned to function better on a daily basis. This class is designed to provide instructions on the basic yoga methods, breathing and stretching..
