Academic Adjustments and Services
The Office of Disability Services (ODS) provides accommodations, academic adjustments and/or auxiliary aids and services to UHD students who have temporary or permanent health impairments, physical limitations, psychological disorders, or learning disabilities. The ODS staff members serve as liaisons between students and faculty, administrators, and community agencies.
Note: If you are currently registered with Disability Services and need to request accommodations for the current semester, please complete the
Accommodation Request Form and return it to Disability Services. In order to view and print these document(s), you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader software. It can be downloaded from the Adobe website.
Upon submission of the completed Accommodation Request Form, it will take approximately 24-48 business hours to process.
