The Fulbright Program is led by the United States government in partnership with more than 160 countries worldwide, the Fulbright Program offers international educational and cultural exchange programs. The University of Houston-Downtown is proud to support its faculty in participating in this program.

UHD Fulbright Liaison: Dr. Candace TenBrink is an Assistant Professor of Strategy in UHD's Marilyn Davies College of Business. She was named a Fulbright Scholar in January 2019. As a Fulbrighter she joined the faculty of management at Poland's Gdansk University for six months to teach innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategy. Dr. TenBrink is the Fulbright Liaison at UHD and is available to guide other faculty through this process and to answer questions about this program.

Please join us for an info session to learn more about the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program. This overview is for faculty only and will cover the background, purpose, program, and application process. Preregistration is required in order to receive a link to this session.
