PeopleSoft (P.A.S.S.) Password Assistance

This page contains information on how to change or reset your password for your PeopleSoft 7 digit ID account.

(PeopleSoft ID is needed if you do not have an active Network Account.)

Change PeopleSoft Account Password

(Use this method if you know your password and wish to change it)

  1. Click the PeopleSoft Account button above to be taken to the main login page.
  2. Select a module (P.A.S.S., myUHD, CS, etc) icon before attempting to log in.
  3. Enter your User ID and password, and click Sign In.
  4. If you don't know your ID number, you can retrieve it.
  5. Among the options provided, click the Miscellaneous square.
  6. Along the left menu items, click Change My Password.
  7. Fill in the fields provided and click the Change Password button.

Forgot Your PeopleSoft Account Password?

(Use this method if you do not know your password)

  1. Click the PeopleSoft Account button above to be taken to the main login page.
  2. Below the login fields, click Reset Password.
  3. Enter your Employee or Student ID number.
  4. If you don't know your ID number, you can retrieve it.
  5. Follow the steps provided to complete the password reset process.

What if I don't know my PeopleSoft User ID?
If you don't know your PeopleSoft User ID, you can retrieve it. You will need to provide your name, date of birth, and the email address on file.

What if my name was changed?
You must have officially change your name with the Human Resources department. Then you can submit a Name Change form to the IT department to update your UHD Network Account. Your PeopleSoft Employee ID or account user ID will not change.
