The following lecture capture classrooms are equipped with Mediasite recording equipment that can be scheduled for recording lectures, classes and events: ACAD 772, ACAD 731, ACAD 768 (VPDS Studio), Auditorium, Milam and Travis Room and TDECU Tour Room. Faculty who are schedule to teach in ACAD 772 and ACAD 731 can have all their lectures recorded for semester.
Faculty need to provide class information to Video Production & Digital Signage services to create semester record schedule. Faculty may forward their course schedule which includes the lecture dates, times, location, lecture title and presenter to schedule all of their lectures for an entire semester. Lectures will be recorded and links will be provided for faculty to upload into their Blackboard courses.

Unscheduled Special Request
This service, allows users to create recordings apart from regularly scheduled courses such as review sessions, student presentations, or other events. Faculty will need to attend training sessions to use this service. Contact Albert Holden at, 713-221-8213 or via e-mail
