Downloading Course Rosters
The option of downloading your course roster is available in the
myUHD2.0 Faculty & Staff area of the UHD website. You're also able to download your roster directly from your Blackboard course. For step-by-step instructions, please visit the grade center
work offline Web page.
Activate Your Blackboard Course
Any Blackboard class can be activated up to two weeks prior to the start of a semester. If you have a fully online or hybrid class, it will automatically activate on the first day of class. Face-to-face classes are not automatically activated. If you want your students to have access to the Blackboard class during the semester, you must activate the course. When you are ready for your students to access your course, you can go to
Blackboard and activate the course from Manage Blackboard. Read this more detailed
instructions on how to activate your course.
If you are teaching multiple sections of the same course and would like to use just one Blackboard course for all of them, you will need to use the Manage Blackboard interface in Faculty/Staff e-Services in order to combine the courses. Important: Combine courses before developing the content in your course(s). Combining courses creates a new course space and any previous content you had will be lost. If you have lost your content by combining or if you have already made content but would like to combine your sections, call us at 713-221-2786 and we will do out best to find a solution.
