General Computer Account Access
New faculty, staff, adjunct and part-time employees general computer accounts are initiated by the hiring department. Please contact your hiring department for more information.
The general computer account provides all employees access to the following: UHD Computer Network; Exchange email; Blackboard; Remote Desktop Connection; VPN; UHD Wireless.

Use this form to request a new or continuing supplemental Blackboard course.

Docuware Account Access Form
Use this form to request access to document imaging system. This form requires appropriate departmental authorization and training.

Use this form to request a mailing list.
Multimedia Equipment Reservation Form|
Use this form to reserve instructional equipment from Multimedia Services.View the equipment that is available.
Multimedia Service & Repair Form|
Use this form to request service or repair of multimedia equipment. If your problem requires immediate attention please call the Help Desk at 713-221-8031 (x3000).
This form must be submitted if you need to add, change or discontinue any of the following telecommunication services: telephone connection, data network connection; video connection, telephone equipment transfer, telephone upgrade, long distance (FAC) code or calling card, fax line, telephone and voice mail features.
Vendor Account Access Form|
Complete this form to request access to the UHD Network. Vendors must comply with all applicable UHD policies, practice standards and agreements.
WebTech Access Request Form
Use this form to request access to create new webpage(s) or modification to existing webpage(s) for a
departmental website. This process will procure appropriate departmental authorization. Clicking this link will require you to authenticate to the site using your UHD network username and password.
