RESET/CHANGE YOUR NETWORK ACCOUNT PASSWORD
(MyUHD, Email, computers, PASS, VPN, Blackboard, WiFi, etc)
Change Network Account Password
- Click the Network Account button above to be taken to the login page.
- Along the top, click the drop-down arrow next to the person icon:

- Select
Change Password, fill out the information provided and click the red Save button.
Reset Network Account Password
- Click the Network Account button above to be taken to the login page.
- Click the
Forgot/Reset My Password button.
- Type in your username and click the Submit button.
- If you don't know your username, contact the IT Service Desk at (713) 221-8031.
- Enter the email address or mobile phone number which is on file with UHD.
- If the information is on file, you will select your preferred method and click the Send New Password button.
RESET/CHANGE YOUR 7 DIGIT EMPLID PASSWORD
(EmplID is used if you do not have an active Network Account )
Change PeopleSoft Account Password
- Click the PeopleSoft Account button above to be taken to the main login page.

Select a module (P.A.S.S. MyUHD, CS, etc) icon before attempting to login.
- Enter your User ID and password, and click
Sign In.
- Among the options provided, click the Miscellaneous square.
- Along the left menu items, click Change My Password.
- Fill in the fields provided and click the Change Password button.
Reset PeopleSoft Account Password
- Click the PeopleSoft Account button above to be taken to the main login page.
- Below the login fields, click
Reset Password.
- Enter your Employee or Student ID number.
- Follow the steps provided to complete the password reset process.

What if my network account is disabled?
If your account is disabled, you can contact the IT department at (713 )221-8031 or itservicedesk@uhd.edu. IT will enable accounts one time only for a maximum of 30 days in order for the department to complete the appropriate paperwork.
What if my name was changed?
Prior to submitting a name change form, you must have officially changed your name with ESO.
