The Learning and Organizational Development (LOD) team is dedicated to the continued growth of UHD staff and faculty by providing professional, learning and organizational development opportunities.
The LOD team delivers soft skills workshops, supervisor/manager training, individual performance coaching, department specific training and team building, as well as eLearning programs to UHD employees.
The LOD team also facilitates solutions that involve organizational planning and development, one-to-one consultation and solution strategies, process development, organizational change management and more.
