This mission of the compensation unit is attract and retain a qualified workforce by establishing and maintaining a compensation program that considers the external market, while focusing on ensuring internal equity and emphasizing the advantages of working in a university setting.
Some of the services offered include; conducting position reviews to determine appropriate classification titles, salary grades, and overtime exemption status, creating and maintaining job descriptions that accurately describe the duties and responsibilities of each position, consulting with departments regarding reorganization, restructuring, and other compensation and classification issues.

Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
