Job SummaryThe Senior Talent Development Specialist coordinates and assists with the development, implementation, and administration of all professional development programs and resources to enhance the university's employee skills for increased organizational capacity.
Duties- Conducts training needs analyses and collects and analyzes data to identify and define university and individual training needs
- Designs, develops, and facilitates appropriate employee development programs; develops training materials and resources and coordinates all logistics, communications, and correspondence
- Oversees the peer mentorship program by evaluating its effectiveness; supervises the employee who administers the program
- Oversees the new hire orientation process, including evaluating, designing, and developing the program; partners with the employee administering the program to assess its effectiveness; continuously identify methods of adding value to the program
- Oversees the staff administering the learning management system, ensuring that it is properly configured; ensures the integrity of the data in the system
- Compiles data and develops and disseminates reports to pertinent departments to drive compliance training participation and completion

QualificationsRequired Education:
Required Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of related job experience
License/Certification:

- Knowledge of instructional design
- Knowledge of methods of performance improvement

- Good technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office
