Job Summary

The Coordinator, Assessment Management and Tracking System serves as the lead administrator for TK20, maintaining the technology platform for all secondary applications, students' e-portfolios, and student teaching/field placement binders for students in the College of Public Service.

Duties

  • Serves as the owner for the implementation of TK20 throughout the College of Public Service, training and supporting students, faculty, and CPS community partners, by developing tutorials and training aids, and reporting all information within TK20.
  • Serves as the main point of contact and service for all TK20 users both within UHD and the external community.
  • Maps and documents processes to ensure compliance with external accrediting bodies and TEA.
  • Provides reports for both internal and external partners to enhance data-driven decision-making; uses both internal and external data sets to inform policy, procedures, and decision-making within programs.
  • Establishes a set of measures to track progress relating to the goals and activities of the college; creates visualizations and dashboards to show potential improvements and areas that need attention.
  • Provides assistance to faculty with internal and external databases.
  • Represents CPS on the Data Integrity Taskforce and other at university-level meetings.
  • Works with College Leadership to provide project management and collaboration across college initiatives, including student recruitment and retention, college growth, and external partnerships.

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Sociology, Communications, or a related field

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of related job experience

License/Certification:

  • None required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of programmatic assessment, specialty and regional accreditation requirements, and trends and best practice in assessment and accreditation is preferred.

  • Knowledge and understanding of learning management systems;

  • Good technical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel;
