Job Summary

The Assistant Director, Admissions-Management Systems provides functional and technical support for the systems integration and technology processes with the student information system and software applications for the Admission Office's operation.

Duties

  • Manages existing operational processes for the Admissions Office.
  • Produces and analyzes data for use by administration.
  • Effectively applies expertise to identify user issues with existing systems; coordinates resolutions with technical staff
  • Researches, develops, and maintains processes and procedures to increase effectiveness and efficiency within various units of the division.
  • Performs testing of upgrades to software applications.

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of four (4) years of related job experience

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the operating systems used in the department.

Skills:

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office, SQL, and Visual Basic
