FINANCIAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST COMMITTEE
Per PS 06.A.09, this committee reviews and determines disclosures of potential financial conflicts of interest to Investigators, . develops plans to mitigate or eliminate identified conflicts of interest with the appropriate Department Chair, Dean, and Provost as required by PS 06.A.09. The committee also documents and retains information relevant to real and perceived conflicts of interest for at least 3 years after the submission of final expenditure reports for sponsored programs/projects..
All members of the committee are responsible for ensuring that an annual report of committee activities, along with all meeting minutes, are submitted to the Office of the Provost no later than July 1, 2022.
