Our Appointment Options


Meet in person, one-on-one with a trained writing tutor. We can also assist with group assignments.


Work one-on-one with a tutor using chat or your webcam. You can upload a document that you and the tutor can work on together. 


Upload a document to your appointment, and within 4-5 business days, we’ll e-mail you a link to a screencast of feedback about your writing. 

How to Make an Appointment

Our tutoring appointments are scheduled using the WCOnline scheduling website at

If it's your first time using the website, you must register using your Gatormail ( email address and set a new password since our platform is separate from Blackboard. 

Once you register, you can then log in and select any tutor who has available time, which will appear in white (blue or purple means that the time is not available). See our tutorial below for more information.

How to Access Online Appointments

You will access your online appointment through WCOnline. When you click on the appointment you created, you'll see "Start of Join Online Consultation" under the "Meet Online?" option. See our tutorial below for more information.
